RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF AMULUNG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND BACULUD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, REGION 02, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY BACULUD, MUNICIPALITY OF AMULUNG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry and disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes subject to the private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Baculud, Municipality of Amulung, Province of Cagayan and more particularly described as follows: cSCADE

A parcel of land identified as lot 2078, Pls-567 as surveyed for Baculud school site situated at Barangay Baculud, Municipality of Amulung, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the S.E., along line 1-2; on the SW., SE, along lines 2-3-4 both by Lot 2077, Pls-567; on the SW along line 4-5 by Lot 2076, Pls-567; on the NW, along line 5-6 by Lot 2079, Pls-567; and on the NE along line 6-1 by National Road.

Beginning from point marked "1" of the plan being N 14 deg., 39'W., 3,596.08 meters from BLLM No. 1 Pls-567, thence

S. 64 deg., 39' W., 97.58 m. to point 2;

N. 42 deg., 42' W., 15.29 m. to point 3;

S. 57 deg., 32' W., 12.68 m. to point 4;

N. 43 deg. 17' W., 82.73 m. to point 5;

N. 73 deg. 24' E., 139.96 m. to point 6;

S. 26 deg. 53' E., 70.45 m. to the point of beginning;

Containing an area of NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY (9,740.00) square meters, more or less.

All corners are marked by B.L. cyl. Conc. Mos. 15 x 60 m. in diameter. Bearing true. The survey was executed by Survey Party I-B on September 9, 1958 and was approved on September 17, 1973.

The area covered by this proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision, and control of the Department of Education, which shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area.
