RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITUATED AT BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, MUNICIPALITY OF BAGGAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay San Isidro, Municipality of Baggao, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: HDIATS

Lot 3458, Pls-414-D

A parcel of land identical to Lot No. 3458, Pls-414-D, as surveyed for San Isidro School Site, situated at Barangay of San Isidro, Municipality of Baggao, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 3460; along 2-3 by lot 3459; on the SE., along lines 3-4-5 by lot 3453; on the SW., along line 5-6 by Lot 3457; on the NW., along line 6-7 by Road, and on the E., along line 7-1 by lot 3461, all of Pls-414-D.

Beginning at a point "1" of plan being N. 16-36' E., 1485.04 m. from BLLM No. 1, PLS-414-D, thence:

S. 00-36' W., 26.60 m. to point 2;

S. 00-38' W., 67.24 m. to point 3;

S. 00-35' W., 14.53 m. to point 4;

S. 73-09' W., 63.33 m. to point 5;

N. 10-24' W., 135.85 m. to point 6;

N. 71-08' W., 91.60 m. to point 7;

S. 00-36' W., 36.56 m. to point of

Containing an area of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY (10,530) square meters more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. in diameter. Bearing true. The survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer R. Pangilinan on July 6, 1956 and was approved on April 20, 1961. DaAETS

The area covered by the Proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Education who shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue special patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education covering the area herein proclaimed.
