RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS SCHOOL SITE FOR MAXINGAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY MAXINGAL, MUNICIPALITY OF LALLO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (RP-DEPED)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve as school site purposes for MAXINGAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL under the administration of Department of Education (DepEd) certain parcels of land of the public domain, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Maxingal, Municipality of Lallo, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows: AaDSEC

MAXINGAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 253, Pls-533), surveyed for Maxingal Elementary School, situated in Barangay Maxingal, Municipality of Lallo, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 and 13-14-15 by Lot 254; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 257; along line 3-4 by Lot 258; along line 4-5 by Lot 259; on the NW., along line 5-6 by National Highway (20.00 m. wide); on the N., along line 6-7 by Lot 251; and along line 7-1 by Lot 252, all of Pls-533.

Beginning at a point marked '1' of plan being N. 19 deg. 11' E., 1,363.35 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-533, thence:

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 383-D (Road Lot); along line 2-3 by Lot 383-A, both of the subdivision plan; on the SW.,

along line 3-4 by Lot 384; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Lot 65, both of Pls-533; on the NE., along line 5-1 by Lot 383-C, of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked '1' of plan being N. 14 deg. 45' E., 1329.96 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-533, thence:

S. 37-37' W., 14.85 m. to point 2;

S. 37-33' W., 03.00 m. to point 3;

N. 57-59' W., 81.93 m. to point 4;

N. 28-47' E., 17.84 m. to point 5; SCETHa

S. 57-57' E., 84.67 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO (1,482) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Bearings True; and that the subdivision survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Primitivo A. Arugay on January 3, 2005 and was approved on February 21, 2005."

The Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education (RP-DepEd).
