RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BALONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY BALONG, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, settlement, and reserve for school site purposes for Balong Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Balong, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon, particularly described as follows: HCITDc

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 3341, Pls-93) being a portion of Balong Elementary School, situated at Barangay Balong, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Provincial Road; on the N., along line 2-3 by Road (15.00 m. wide); on the E., along line 3-4 by Road (15.00 m. wide) on the S., along line 4-1 by Road (15.00 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being N. 33-35'E., 697.96 m. from BLLM No. 23, Pls-93, thence:

N. 08-37'E., 80.00 m. to point 2;

S. 81-22'E., 120.01 m. to point 3;

S. 08-37'W., 80.00 m. to point 4;

N. 81-22'W., 120.00 m. to point of beginning

containing an area of Nine Thousand Six Hundred (9,600) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by Pls. Cyl. conc. mon. 5 x 60 cms. Bearings true. Date of survey on May 4, 1939, December 31, 1948 executed by Engr. Antonio Pizarro and was approved on November 25, 1952.

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 3342, Pls-93) being a portion of Balong Elementary School, situated at Barangay Balong, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along lines 5-1-2 by Provincial Road; on the N.; along line 2-3 & SE., along line 3-4 & S., along line 4-5 Road.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being N. 30 Deg. 21'E., 795.70 m. from BLLM No. 23, Pls-93, thence:

N. 08-37'E., 68.65 m. to point 2;

S. 81-22'E., 120.01 m. to point 3;

S. 08-37'W., 80.00 m. to point 4;

N. 81-22'W., 120.01 m. to point 5;

N. 8-37'E., 11.36 m. to point of beginning

containing an area of Nine Thousand Six Hundred One (9,601) Square Meters, more or less. All points are marked on the ground by Old Ps. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings; Date of survey on January 12, 1942; executed by Engr. S. Elsa and was approved on November 25, 1952." CAIaHS

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, tease, or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
