RESERVING A PORTION OF THE LAND COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 215553 ISSUED IN THE NAME OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AS SCHOOL SITE FOR SAN PEDRO APARTADO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAN PEDRO APARTADO, MUNICIPALITY OF ALCALA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a portion of the land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 215553 issued in the name of the Republic of the Philippines as school site of San Pedro Apartado Elementary School, situated in Barangay San Pedro Apartado, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Lot No. 23, Blk. 18, Psd-01-06014, being a portion of Lot 3-II, 5665-B, situated in Brgy. San Pedro Apartado, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 24; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot No. 14, along line 3-4 by Lot No. 15; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Lot No. 16, along line 5-6 by Lot No. 17, along line 6-7 by Lot No. 18, along line 7-8 by Lot No. 19; on the NE., along line 8-9 by Lot 20, along line 9-10 by Lot 21, along line 10-11 by Lot 22, along line 11-12 by Road Lot 8, along line 12-13 by Lot 27, along 13-14 by Lot 26, along line 14-1 by Lot 25, all of the subdivision plan. The tract or tracts of land herein shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.

The area covered by this proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines — Department of Education. DCSETa
