RESERVING A PORTION OF THE LAND COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 215553 ISSUED IN THE NAME OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF SAN PEDRO APARTADO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAN PEDRO APARTADO, MUNICIPALITY OF ALCALA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a portion of the land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 215553 issued in the name of the Republic of the Philippines and thereby reserving for school site purposes of San Pedro Apartado National High School, situated in Barangay San Pedro Apartado, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: cIADaC

A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Lot No. 198, Psd-1-009657, being a portion of Lot 3-II, 5665-b, Psd-29821, situated at Brgy. San Pedro Apartado, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Barangay Road (10.00 m. w.); on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 1, Psu-29148, Carmen Espiritu; on the NW., and NE., along line 3-4-5 by Lot 269; on the NE., along line 5-1 by Lot 199, Juan Soriano. Beginning at point marked "1" of Lot 198 on the plan being S.58 deg. 24'E., 4343.57 m. from BLBM No. 1, Quisiquis, Alcala, Pangasinan, thence

S. 47-50' W., 83.41 m. to point 2;

N. 31-07' W., 205.84 m. to point 3;

N. 56-30' E., 125.75 m. to point 4;

S. 17-38' E., 121.19 m. to point 5;

S. 19-45' E., 78.76 m. to point of beginning;

contains an area of TWENTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE (20,389) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as PS cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearing True. Date of original survey-not indicated: date of subdivision survey on October 16-31, 1984 executed by Engr. Artemio Paragas and approved on November 4, 1986.

The area covered by this proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education.
