RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF NAMBARAN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN SITIO ILEB, BARANGAY NAMBARAN, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Sitio Ileb, Barangay Nambaran, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon. cDHAaT

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, NW along line 2-3 and NE along lines 3-4-5 all by unclassified public forest; on the SE along line 5-1 by Provincial Road (60 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan, being N. 80-28' E., 426.86 m. from B.L.L.M. # 35, Pls 93

thence N. 25 deg. 30' E., 379.32 m. to point 3;
