RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR THE PHILIPPINE PUBLIC SAFETY COLLEGE-REGIONAL TRAINING SCHOOL 11, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN MINTAL, DAVAO CITY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Philippine Public Safety College Regional Training School 11, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Mintal, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: SEcTHA

A parcel of land, Lot B-2, Bsd-11-002361, portion of Lot b, Psd-11-002533, located in Mintal, Tugbok District, Davao City, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North, along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot B-1, Bsd-11-002361; on the East, along lines 4-5-6 by property claimed by Talomo Plantation Co., on the South, along lines 6-7 and on the West, along lines 7-8-9-10-1 both by lot C. Psd-11-002533. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 22 deg. 48' E., 1009.45 m. from MBM No. 16, Cad 102, thence:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by points 1,2,3,4 by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm. and the rest are Old Ps cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true, date of original survey on December 20, 1913-January 9, 1914; date of subdivision survey, February 24-26, 1990 by Geodetic Engineer Salvador H. The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provisions of Section Eighty-Eight shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provision of this Act or by proclamation of the President.
