RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR MARAYAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MARAYAG, MUNICIPALITY OF LUPON, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of Marayag Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: DaACIH

A parcel of land known and identified as Lot 369, Pls-698, situated in Barangay Marayag, Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North, along line 1-2 by Lot 375; on the East, along line 2-3 by Lot 368, on the South, along line 3-4 by Road; and on the West, along line 4-1 by Lot 370, all of Pls-698. HETDAC
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 10 deg. 04'W., 6500.14 meters from BLLM No. 1, Pls-698, thence:

The tract or tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of this Act or by proclamation of the President.
