PROPOSED PROCLAMATION RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY GIMANGPANG, MUNICIPALITY OF INITAO, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES FOR GIMANGPANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (RP-DEPED)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve as school site purposes for GIMANGPANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education (RP-DepEd), subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Gimangpang, Municipality of Initao, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:

"Lot 4107, Cad-365

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4107, Cad-365) situated in Barangay Gimangpang, Municipality of Initao, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 8-9-10-11 by the Road; on the SE., line 11-1 by Lot 4246; on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 4109; along line 3-4 by Lot 4108; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 4104; along line 5-6, vacant area; along lines 6-7-8 by Lot 4105; and on the corner point 8 by Lot 4106. All of Cad-365, Initao Cadastre.

Beginning from a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 9 deg. 16' W., 3130.10 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-365, thence;

N. 72-34' W., 146.60 m. to point 2;

S. 21-02' W., 17.67 m. to point 3;

N. 72-02' W., 46.42 m. to point 4;

N. 24-20' E. 34.52 m. to point 5; aSITDC

N. 24-58' E., 5.63 m. to point 6;

N. 23-36' E., 60.39 m. to point 7;

N. 27-10' E., 6.37 m. to point 8;

S. 59-22' E., 52.10 m. to point 9;

S. 61-57' E., 049.17 m. to point 10;

S. 74-36' E., 074.82 m. to point 11;

beginning. Containing an area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (14,448) SQUARE METERS, more or less."

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education (RP-DepEd).
