PROPOSED PROCLAMATION RESERVING A CERTAIN OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES FOR SAN JULIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAN JULIAN NORTE, CITY OF VIGAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (RP-DEPED)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve as school site purposes for San Julian Elementary School and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education (RP-DepEd), a certain parcel of land of the public domain subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay San Julian Norte, City of Vigan, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows:

"Lot 649, Cad 313-D, Ap-01-007222, Vigan Cadastre

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 649, Cad 313-D, Ap-01-007222), (Vigan Cadastre) situated at Barangay San Julian Norte, City of Vigan, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 9-10 by Lot 685 (Caridad Ferido); along line 10-1 by Lot 684 (Anastacia Ferido); along line 1-2 by Lot 680 (F&A Ferido); on the SE., along line 2-3 by ROAD (6-8 m. wide); on the SW. & NW., along line 3-4-5 by Lot 781 (Sinforoso Alibin); on the NW., along line 5-6 by Lot 691 (Alejo Alibin, et al); along line 6-7 by Lot 690 (Bonifacio Ferido); along line 7-8 by Lot 689 (Rafael Ferido); along line 8-9 by Lot 687 (Generoso Ferido), all of Cad 313-D, Vigan Cadastre.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education (RP-DepEd).
