Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for municipal tree park and nursery site purposes, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur, subject to private rights, if any there be and approval of survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Buliclic, Municipality of Sta.
