RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL TREE PARK AND NURSERY SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. LUCIA, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for municipal tree park and nursery site purposes, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur, subject to private rights, if any there be and approval of survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Buliclic, Municipality of Sta. Lucia, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows: cdt

A parcel of land (Lot 10164-A, being a portion of Lot 10164, Cad. 139, Sta. Lucia Cadastre), situated at Bo. Buliclic, Municipality of Sta. Lucia, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 10153, Cad. 139, Sta. Lucia Cadastre; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 9931, Cad. 139, Sta.
