RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR ENERGY PARK SITE PURPOSES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF TAGUM, SITUATED IN APOKON, TAGUM CITY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale disposition or settlement and reserve for Energy Park site purposes of the City Government of Tagum, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Apokon, Tagum City, province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows to wit: DEcSaI

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 19194-A, Swo-11-000666, identical to Lot No. 20359, Cad. 276), situated in Barangay Apokon, Tagum City, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 6-7-8 by Lot 595-B, Swo-11-000665, along lines 8-9-10-1 by Lot 19194-B, Swo-11-000666; on the S., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 595-D, Swo-11-000665; on the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 2695, Cad. 276, Tagum Cadastre; and on the NW., along lines 5-6 by Lot 595-E., Swo-11-000665 (Road Lot).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 71-38'E., 2121.35 m. from B.L.L.M. # 82, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre, thence:

The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provisions of Section Eighty-Eight shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of this Act or by proclamation of the President.
