RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS MUNICIPAL HALL SITE PURPOSE FOR THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF NATIVIDAD, SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION EAST, MUNICIPALITY OF NATIVIDAD, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, lease or settlement and reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain as Municipal Hall site purposes for the Municipal Government of Natividad, subject to private rights if any there be, situated in Barangay Poblacion East, Municipality of Natividad, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: ACTIHa

"Lot 1, Cad-561-D, Natividad Cadastre

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, Cad-561-D, Natividad Cadastre, situated in Barangay Poblacion East, Municipality of Natividad, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., & NW., along lines 1 to 4-1 by Barangay Road; on SW., along line 4-1 by Provincial Road.

Beginning at a point marked '1' of Lot 1 on plan being N. 4 deg., 27' E., 132.23 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-561-D, Natividad Cadastre, thence:

S. 27-09' E., 200.92 m. to point 2;

S. 66-02' W., 98.92 m. to point 3;

N. 23-50' W., 199.40 m. to point 4;

N. 65-15' E., 87.31 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY SIX (18,626) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on plan are marked on the ground by Old points, Bearing Grid; date of survey on March 15, 1989, executed by Engr. L. The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provision of Section Eighty Eight (Sec. 88), shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provision of this Act or by Proclamation of the President.
