RESERVING FOR BAGONG LIPUNAN IMPROVEMENT OF SITES AND SERVICES (BLISS) SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGABAG, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SITIO OF SINGIAN, BARANGAY OF TUAO, MUNICIPALITY OF BAGABAG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for Bagong Lipunan Improvement of Sites and Services (BLISS) site purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Bagabag, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Sitio Singian, Barangay Tuao, Municipality of Bagabag, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND of Swo-2-03-000049 as surveyed for the Municipality of Bagabag, situated in the Barangay of Tuao, Municipality of Bagabag, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Barrio Site; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4 by Nueva Vizcaya State Institute of Technology; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Municipality of Bagabag Additional lot; on the NW., along line 5-6 by Barrio Site; on the NE., along line 6-1 by Barrio Site. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 8 deg. 32'W., 109.82 meters from BBM No. 13, Pls-92 Ext. to corner 1;

thence S. 08 deg. 55'E.,	205.24 m. to point 2;
thence N. 85 deg. 21'W.,	99.56 m. to point 3;
thence N. 83 deg. 05'W.,	110.41 m. to point 4;

point of beginning, containing an area of FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: Corner 2-4 by FR and the rest by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15x60 c.s.
