RESERVING FOR TRAINING CENTER SITE OF THE NATIONAL MANPOWER AND YOUTH COUNCIL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY PROPER, CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for training center site purposes of the National Manpower and Youth Council, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the city proper, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1063-C, Bsd-06000016) situated in Iloilo City, Island of Panay. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1063-B. Swo-9997, covered by Proclamation No. 86, Series of 1927 (SCHOOL SITE); along line 2-3 Lot 1063-A, Swo-3388 covered by Executive Order No. 61, series of 1917 (SCHOOL SITE); on the NW., along line 3-4 by CALLE ZAMORA (20.00 m. wide); on the NE., along line 4-5 by IN-149, covered by Executive Order No. 17, series of 1917 (WIRELESS TELEGRAPH SITE); and on the SE., along line 5-1 by CALLE DURAN (20.00 m. wide). Umadhay, Sr., Geodetic Engineer on May 10, 1982 and approved by the Regional Director on August 4, 1982.
This proclamation is subject to the condition that the occupants of the land shall be compensated for the value of their improvements.
