RESERVING FOR HEAD OFFICE BUILDING COMPLEX SITE PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-MAGAT RIVER MULTI-PURPOSE PROJECT AND REGIONAL OFFICE II A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF MINANTE I, MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for head office building complex site purposes of the National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Multi-purpose Project and of the Regional Office under the administration of the National Irrigation Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Minante I, Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: casia

A parcel of land (Lot 1054, Pls-595 Ext. portion of IR-1036) situated in the Barrio of Minante I, Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 1058, Pls-595 Ext. (Psu-230101), on the E., along lines 7-1-2 by National Road and on the S. & W., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Road. Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 1054, Pls-595, being S. 23-40' W., 3489.25 m. from BLLM No. 1, Municipality of Cauayan.

This lot was surveyed in accordance thereunder by Bureau of Lands on October 19-20 and December 9-10, 1974.
