RESERVING FOR HEADQUARTERS SITE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY CENTRO WEST, MUNICIPALITY OF PALANAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve as Philippine National Police Headquarters site, subject to private rights if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Centro West, Municipality of Palanan, Province of Isabela and more particularly described as follows: aDATHC

A parcel of land Lot No. 545-A, Csd-af-02-002361-D, portion of Lot 545, Cad 939-D, equivalent to Lot 8653, Cad-939-D, as surveyed for Philippine National Police, situated at Barrio of centro West, Municipality of Palanan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2; on the NE, along line 2-3; on the SE., along line 3-4 all by lot 545-B; on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 545-C, Existing road, all of the subd. plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 14-03 'E., 107.36 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-939-D, thence:

N. 05-33 'E., 21.00 m. to point 2;

S. 82-11 'E., 27.00 m. to point 3;

S. 05-33 'W., 21.00 m. to point 4;

N. 82-12 'W., 27.00 m. to point of beginning;

contains an area of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (567) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows by PS. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40, cms. In diameter. Bearing true. And that the subdivision survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Rolly M. Abrogena on October 19, 2003, and was approved on November 14, 2003.
