Proclamation No. 2140, issued on November 27, 1981, by President Ferdinand E. RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND ON PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the building site purposes under the administration of the Central Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the National Government situated in the City of Zamboanga and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land portion of Pettit Barracks Military Reservation located at the City of Zamboanga, which is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 27 deg. 32'E., 347.03 meters from Monument No. 24, North Extension, Cad. 15; thence S. 48 deg. 25'W., 48.97 meters to point "2"; thence S. 73 deg. 34'W., 28.02 meters to point "3"; thence S. 87 deg. 08'W., 15.18 meters to point "4"; thence N. 72 deg. 21'W., 76.22 meters to point "5"; thence N. 63 deg. 01 W., 53.43 meters to point "6"; thence N. 12 deg. 34'W., 6.06 meters to point "7"; thence N. 28 deg. 08'E., 118.42 meters to point "8"; thence N. 31 deg. 00'E., 41.29 meters to point "9"; thence S. 81 deg. 30'E., 54.81 meters to point "10"; thence S. 76 deg. 53'E., 79.32 meters to point "11"; thence S. 18 deg. 65'W., 25.48 meters to point "12"; thence S. 38 deg. 43'W., 77.14 meters to point "13"; thence S. 49 deg. 09'E., 64.61 meters to the point of beginning, containing an area of twenty-six thousand and eighty (26,080) square meters, more or less.
Proclamation No. 69 dated September 23, 1954, which reserved certain tracts of land for the use of Zamboanga City and presently occupied by the Zamboanga City High School, is hereby amended accordingly.
