RESERVING FOR COURT SITE PURPOSES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS MINDANAO STATION, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF INDAHAG, CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and proclaim, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City for court site and other related purposes of the Court of Appeals Mindanao Station and more particularly described as follows: ITaCEc

A parcel of land (Portion Lot 2821, Cad. 237) situated in Barangay Indahag, City of Cagayan de Oro, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NW., along lines 9-10-11 by Road; on the NE., along line 11-1 by Lot 2821, Cad. 237; on the SE., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 2821, Cad. 237; and on the W., along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9 by Lot 2821, Cad. 237, Cagayan de Oro Cadastre.

Beginning from a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 23-23'E, 1157.15 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 9, Cad-237, thence:

Bounded on the N., along lines 7-8 by a national road; on the E., along lines 8-9-10-11-12-13-14 by Lot 2821, Cad. 237; on the S., along lines 14-1 by portion of Lot 2821, Cad. 237, and on the W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 by Lot 2821, Cad. 237, Cagayan de Oro Cadastre.

Beginning from a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 10-46'E., 890.95 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 9, Cad-237, thence:

The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Court of Appeals in coordination with the City Government of Cagayan de Oro.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
