RESERVING FOR EXPANSION SITE PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL STEEL CORPORATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for expansion site purposes under the administration of the President, National Steel Corporation, subject to the private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the City of Iligan, Island of Mindanao, which parcels are more particularly described as follows:

This proclamation is subject further to the condition that the occupants of the above-described lots shall be compensated for the value of their improvements and that they will be relocated to the area set aside by the National Steel Corporation, in coordination with the National Housing Authority and the City Government of Iligan.
