RESERVING AS MARKET SITE FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PANGASINAN, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the secretary of the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve as market site purposes for Infanta, Pangasinan certain parcels of land of the public domain, subject to prior rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows to wit: DHaECI

Infanta Cadastre

A parcel of land (Lot No. 509, Cad. 779-D, Infanta Cadastre) situated in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the North, by Lot 652, Cad. 779-D; on the East, by Lot 653, Cad. 779-D, on the South, by the National Road; and on the West, by Lot 510, Cad. 779-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 79-17' W., 30.40 m. from B.L.L.M. # 1, Cad. 779-D Infanta Cadastre, thence:

N. 12-42' W., 58.02 m. to point 2;

N. 12-53' E., 2.15 m. to point 3;

N. 77-39' E., 11.50 m. to point 4;

S. 13-40' E., 60.25 m. to point 5;

S. 78-48' W., 13.45 m. to point of beginning;

Bounded on the north, by Lot 654, Cad. 779-D; on the East, by Road; on the South, by the National Road; and on the West, Lots 509 and 652, both of Cad. 779-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 21-41 'W., 101.63 m. from B.L.L.M. # 1, Cad. 779-D, Infanta Cadastre, thence:

N.62-14'E., 20.20 m. to point 2;

S. 11-23'E., 93.26 m. to point 3;

S. 74-55'W., 15.94 m. to point 4;

N. 13-40'W., 60.25 m. to point 5;

N. 13-32'W., 28.41 m. to point of beginning

Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWELVE (1,612) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Date of Survey February 25-March 23, 1983 and was approved on September 19, 1983. AacCIT

The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Local Government Unit of Infanta, Pangasinan.

The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provisions of Section Eighty-Eight shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of this Act or by proclamation of the President.
