RESERVING FOR GOVERNMENT HOUSING SITE PURPOSES OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA AND FURTHER GRANTING OWNERSHIP IN FAVOR OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PEÑARRUBIA, PROVINCE OF ABRA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve parcels of land situated in Poblacion, Peñarrubia, Abra, for Government Housing Site purposes of the Provincial Government of Abra, subject to private rights and final ground survey, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows: SECIcT
