RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR TOWN PLAZA AND MARKET SITES PURPOSES, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PALAWAN, SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve as town plaza and market sites purposes for the Municipality of Brooke's Point, Palawan certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Poblacion II, Municipality of Brooke's Point, containing an aggregate area of NINETEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN (19,411) SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows: ITScHa

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1497, Cad-796-D), situated in Barangay Poblacion II, Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan.

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Road; on the N., along line 2-3 by road, on the E., along line 3-4 by Road; and on the S., along line 4-1 by Road.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being S. 00 deg. 30' W., 146.05 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-796-D, Brooke's Point Cadastre, thence:

N. 00-23' W., 85.33 m. to point 2;

N. 89-28' E., 86.13 m. to point 3;

S. 02-59' E., 87.31 m. to point 4;

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Road; on the N., along line 2-3 by Road, on the SE., along line 3-4 by Sulu Sea; and on the S., along line 4-1 by Road.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being S. 34 deg. 00' E., 177.04 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-796-D, Brooke's Point Cadastre, thence: ITAaHc

N. 02-59' W., 87.07 m. to point 2;

N. 89-34' E., 160.68 m. to point 3;

S. 28-06' W., 100.23 m. to point 4;

This plan Cad-796-D, Brooke's Point Cadastre was surveyed on November 20 to November 26, 1983 by Silverio C. Habab, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on September 2, 1985."

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition through proclamation.
