RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL PLAZA SITE PURPOSES, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BRGY. BAGUMBAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition, do hereby reserve for the Municipal Plaza site purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Roxas, containing an aggregate area of FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (4,359) SQUARE METERS, more or less subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows, to wit: DAaIEc
