Reserving a Certain Parcel of Land in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro for Municipal Power Generator Site Purposes

PROCLAMATION NO. 1905

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS MUNICIPAL POWER GENERATOR SITE PURPOSES, SITUATED IN BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and thereby reserve as municipal power generator site purposes, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Roxas, containing an area of Four Hundred Thirteen (413) Square Meters, situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

"Lot No. 514, (Psu-0136217, Lot 2, Amd. Port.) Cad-506-D Roxas Cadastre

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 514, of the Cadastral Survey Cad 506-D), situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Province of Mindoro, Island of Mindoro. Bounded on the Southwest along line 1-2 by Lot 526, Psu-136217, (Lot 3, Amd.) (Acc.); and on the Northwest and Northeast, Southeast along lines 2-3-4-1 by Lot 513, Psu-136217 (Lot 2 Amd.) (Port.)

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being N. 72 deg. 26'W., 505.58 M. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre; thence:

N. 12-17'W., 21.09 m. to point 2;

N. 76-37'E., 19.96 m. to point 3;

S. 13-25'E., 19.91 m. to point 4;

S. 73-19'W., 20.41 m. to point of ACETID

beginning, containing an area of Four Hundred Thirteen (413) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by old P.S. cyl. mons. 15x60 cm. Bearing GRID.

This plan Cad-506-D was surveyed on November 15 to December 07, 1994 by Elpidio E. Atienza, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on September 26, 1995."
