RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BULALACAO CENTRAL SCHOOL, CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF BULALACAO, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve for school site purposes of Bulalacao Central School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Bulalacao, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit: HCITDc

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot. No. 12, Pls-395-D), situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Bulalacao, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the Southwest along line 1-2 by Lot No. 1, Pls-395-D; on the Southwest along line 2-3 by Road; on the Northwest and Northeast, along lines 3-4-5 by Lot No. 671, Pls-395-D; on the Northeast, along line 5-6 by Lot No. 2, Pls-395D; and on the southeast, along line 6-1 by Lot No. 1, Pls-395-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 13-50'W., 90.42 m. from B.L.L.M.# 1, Pls-395-D, Bulalacao Public Land Subdivision; thence: prcd

N. 57-07' W., 123.35 m. to point 2;

N. 30-47' W., 106.82 m. to point 3;

N. 76-42' E., 156.87 m. to point 4;

S. 06-57' E., 108.97 m. to point 5;

S. 02-38' W., 77.94 m. to point 6;

S. 24-36' W., 9.68 m. to point of beginning

Containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND EIGHTEEN (19,018) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing true.

This lot was surveyed on March 13, 1956 by Geodetic Engineer F. Ordoña, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on July 29, 1957." AIHaCc
