RESERVING FOR AIRPORT SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN BARANGAY BANCAO-BANCAO, CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN, AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES — DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS (DOTC)

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve for airport site purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City, Province of Palawan and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Transportation and Communications (RP-DOTC), containing an aggregate area of NINETEEN THOUSAND TWENTY FIVE (19,025) SQUARE METERS, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

The tract or tracts of land herein shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
