PROCLAMATION NO. 1900

RESERVING FOR HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS OSPITAL NG PALAWAN SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAN MIGUEL, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for Ospital ng Palawan, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, under the administration of the Department of Health, containing an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY NINE (16,799) SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

(Identical to Lot No. 31210, Cad. 800-D,

A parcel of land (Lot No. 2844-A-Csd-01-025639) situated in Barangay San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan.

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Rufo San Juan Street; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Malvar Street, on the NE., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 2846, Cad-800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre; and on the SE., along line 7-1 by Lot 2844-B, Csd-04-025639, San Miguel National High School.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being N. 50-10'W., 1,277.00 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad 800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre, thence:

N. 58-41'W., 28.83 m. to point 2;

N. 58-41'W., 2.00 m. to point 3;

N. 58-41'W., 131.44 m. to point 4;

N. 44-26'E., 103.88 m. to point 5;

S. 58-41'E., 158.97 m. to point 6;

S. 22-40'E., 11.66 m. to point 7;

S. 48-48'W., 98.91 m. to point of beginning cHCaIE

Containing an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY NINE (16,799) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by 'Old PS' cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60, cm. except corners 1 & 7 by BL cyl. con. mons. Bearing Grid.

This plan Csd-04-025639 was surveyed on March 10, 2005 by Jonathan F. Gellez, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated hereunder, and was approved on August 11, 2005."

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
