RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN BARANGAY BAGONG SILANG, CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AS SITE FOR THE MEMORIAL MONUMENT OF THE LATE SPEAKER RAMON V. MITRA, JR. BY EXCLUDING THE SAME FROM A PARCEL OF LAND RESERVED AS LIGHTHOUSE STATION OF THE PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD PER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 42 DATED 29 OCTOBER 1907

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserved a parcel of land situated in Bagong Silang, Puerto Princesa City, Province of Palawan, as site for the Memorial Monument of the late Speaker Ramon V. Mitra, Jr. by excluding the same from a parcel of land reserved as lighthouse station of the Philippine Coast Guard per Executive Order No. 42 dated 29 October 1907 subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 2032-A, Csd-04-025388(equivalent to Lot No. 30978, Cad. 800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre)

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 30978, Cad. 800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre), situated in Barangay Bagong Silang, Puerto Princesa City, Island of Palawan. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 2032-B, Csd-04-025388; on the SE., SW., and NW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Puerto Princesa Bay, and on the NW., along line 5-1 by Lot No. 2032-B Csd-04-025388. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 64 deg. 27'W., 2496.57 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad 800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre thence:

S. 59 deg. 11' E., 14.68 m. to point 2;

S. 18 deg. 23' W., 17.99 m. to point 3;

N. 42 deg. 48' W., 21.03 m. to point 4;

N. 29 deg. 38' E., 9.31 m. to point 5;

N. 68 deg. 44' E., 2.95 m. to point of

Beginning. Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY (260) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. And the rest by Old PS cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearing: True. Surveyed on September 2, 2004 by Ramon G. Legaspi, Geodetic Engineer, and was approved on September 22, 2004.

The parcel of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
