RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF RAMON, ISABELA, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RAMON, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for public purposes of the Local Government of Ramon, Isabela, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land situated in the Municipality of Ramon, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows: AaIDCS

A parcel of land (Lot 1, Sgs-2-02-000042-D, portion of Lot 3064, Cad. 211), as surveyed for the Municipal Government of Ramon as municipal site, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Ramon, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3 by National Highway (60.00 m. wide); on the SE., along line 3-4; on the SW., along lines 4-5-6-7; and on the NW., along lines 7-8-1, all by Municipal Road (15.0 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked "1" of the plan being N. 38 deg. 58' E., 2,060.52 m. from BBM No. 6, Santiago Cadastre, thence:
