RESERVING FOR OCCIDENTAL MINDORO POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MURTHA, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for Occidental Mindoro Polytechnic College site purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Murtha, Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, under the administration of the Occidental Mindoro National College, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows: THIECD

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 57-18'E., 1,887.22 meters from BLLM No. 50, San Jose Public Land Subdivision, Pls-33, thence:

The plan Pls-33 was surveyed on June 1934-November 1937 by Pedro Gabayan, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on July 30, 1938.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
