PROPOSED PROCLAMATION RESERVING PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN KM. 48, CANOCOTAN, TAGUM CITY, DAVAO DEL NORTE, AS OFFICE SITE PURPOSES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS (DPWH) AND BUREAU OF EQUIPMENT (BOE), AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DPWH (RP-DPWH)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, lease settlement and reserve certain parcel of land of the public domain as office site purposes and grant ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Public Works and Highways (RP-DPWH), subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Km-48, Canocotan, City of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcels of land are particularly described as follows: acTDCI

A PARCEL OF LAND known as (Lot No. 11966-A, Csd-11-007149-D, identical to Lot No. 12487, Cad-276), situated in Km-48, Canocotan, City of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 3-14 by Lot 4547, Cad-276; on the SW., along line 14-1, by Road; on NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 11966-B, Csd-11-007149-D.

The tract or tracts of land under the provision of Section 83 shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry sale and lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of this Act or by proclamation of the President.
