RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BINCUNGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND PIPISAN MAUG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BINCUNGAN, CITY OF TAGUM, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of Bincungan Elementary School and Pipisan Maug National High School under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 956-A, Csd-11-016057-D, identical to Lot No. 20059, Cad. 276, being a portion of Lot 956, Cad. 276, situated at Bincungan, Tagum City.

Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 955, Cad. 276; on the W., along line 2-3 by lot 956-B, Csd-11-016057-D, on the N., along line 3-4; and on the E., along line 4-1 both by Lot No. 4388, Cad. 276.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 35-16' W., 695.44 m. from BLLM No. 164, Cad. 276, Tagum Cadastre, thence:

N. 87-43' W., 126.80 m. to point 2;

N. 17-31' E., 103.37 m. to point 3;

S. 87-34' E., 100.30 m. to point 4;

S. 02-40' W., 99.49 m. to point of beginning THaDEA

Containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN (11,313) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Points 1 & 4 are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by old BL cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 50 cm. Bearing true.

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 956-C, Csd-11-016057-D, identical to Lot No. 20061, Cad. 276, situated at Bincungan, Tagum City.

Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 955, along line 2-3 by lot 954, both of Cad-276; and on the SW., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot No. 956-D (Road), Csd-11-016057-D, on the N., along line 5-6 both by Lot No. 960, along line 6-7 by Lot 4388, both of Cad. 276 and on the E., along line 7-1 by Lot No. 956-B., Csd-11-016057-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 43-59' W., 797.40 M. from BLLM No. 164, Cad. 276, Tagum Cadastre, thence:

N. 87-43' W., 69.16 m. to point 2;

N. 87-44' W., 21.00 m. to point 3;

N. 45-06' W., 61.29 m. to point 4;

N. 05-38' W., 59.01 m. to point 5;

S. 87-45' E., 98.60 m. to point 6;

S. 87-34' E., 54.52 m. to point 7;

S. 07-51' W., 100.33 m. to point of beginning

Containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVEN (13,307) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Points 2 & 6 are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by old BL cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing true."

These lots were surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations on April 7, 2005 by Geodetic Engineer Macario D. Palen and was approved on June 2, 2005.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
