PROCLAMATION NO. 1733

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR THE OFFICE SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS (DPWH), REGION II, SITUATED IN BARANGAY LIBERTAD, MUNICIPALITY OF ABULUG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for office site purposes of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Region II, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit: CDcHSa

"Lot Block-D-Q-101, Agricultural Colony No. 1

A parcel of land of Lot Block-D-Q-101, A.C. No. 1 Plan (Rel-(af)-02-000019 as surveyed for Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) situated in the Barrio of Calog (now Libertad), Municipality of Abulug, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the South, West, North and East along lines 1-2-3-4 by Road.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 49 deg. 14'E., 191.44 m. from B.L.L.M. #1, A.C. No. 1, Dabba, Abulug, thence: HIAcCD

Due West 145.00 m. to point 2;

Due North 125.00 m. to point 3;

Due East 145.00 m. to point 4;

Due South 125.00 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE (18,125) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: All corners are marked by P.D. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Date of original survey was not indicated on the plan and that the relocation survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer RALPH C. PABLO on August 31, 1999 and was approved on September 06, 1999."
