RESERVING FOR PUBLIC MARKET SITE PURPOSE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGSINGAL, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other form of disposition or settlement and reserve for public market site purposes, under the administration of the Local Government situated in the Municipality of Magsingal, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon, which the parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: aITECD

Municipal Government of Magsingal

A parcel of land (Lot 5392, Cad 167, Magsingal Cadastre, AP-01-0007061, L.R.C. Rec. No.__), situated in Brgy. of Poblacion, Municipality of Magsingal, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Provincial Road (15.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 by Brook (5.00-10.00 m. wide); and on the SE., along lines 11-12 by Lot 5374, Cad 167, Magsingal Cadastre; and on the SW., along lines 12-13-1 by Grillo Street (6.00-8.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being N. 12 deg. 59 E., 354.03 m. from the BLLM No. 2, Cad 167, Magsingal Cadastre, thence:

N., 40-10' E., 46.09 m. to point 2;

N., 39-29' E., 29.92 m. to point 3;

N., 31-27' E., 62.26 m. to point 4;

S., 31-59' E., 37.82 m. to point 5;

S., 26-56' W., 19.82 m. to point 6;

S., 12-17' W., 32.06 m. to point 7;

This proclamation shall be deemed automatically revoked or canceled in the event that the reservation no longer serves the purpose for which it was originally established and/or has been abandoned by the said reservee and the area covered thereby forthwith reverted to the Republic of the Philippines under the administrative jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources through its appropriate agency.
