RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF MANUAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SITUATED IN BARANGAY MANUAL, MUNICIPALITY OF KIBLAWAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition, or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Manual Elementary School, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of public domain situated in Barangay Manual, Municipality of Kiblawan, Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: IDEHCa

A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Lot No. 606, Pls 435, situated in Barangay Manual, Municipality of Kiblawan, Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along line 2-3 by Road; on the SE., along lines 3-4 by Lot 587, on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 563; and on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 547, all of Pls-435.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 32-21'W., 1786.41 m. B.L.L.M. # 235, Cad-235-D, thence:

N. 46-10'E., 100.00 m. to point 2;

S. 43-48'E., 100.00 m. to point 3;

S. 46-10'W., 100.00 m. to point 4;

N. 43-48'W., 100.00 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) square meters, more or less. All corners marked on the plan are "PLS" cyl., conc. mons. 15 X 50 cms. Bearing true. Date of survey July 18, 1957 by Geodetic Engineer Jesus Dela Peña and was approved on February 28, 1974. AECacT

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
