RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR RUS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY REYNA REGENTE, MUNICIPALITY OF BANGAR, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (RP-DEPED)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any form of disposition or settlement and reserve as school site purposes for Rus Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education over certain parcel of land of the public domain, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Reyna Regente, Municipality of Bangar, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: EIaDHS

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1 of the consolidation and subdivision plan, Ccs-01-002766, being a portion of Lot 3186, 3192, & 14366, Cad-620-D) situated in Barangay Reyna Regente, Municipality of Bangar, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 3193, Bustamante Matias; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 3350 beyond Provincial Road (15.00 m. w.); on the NW., along line 4-5 by Brgy. Road (10.00 m. w.); on the NE., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 3187, Mariano Canto; along lines 7-8-9 by Lot 3189 (Psu-1-004427, VS-1-00032) Lourdes Vergara; on the SE., along line 9-10 by Lot 3190, Mariano de Castro; along lines 10-11-12 by Lot 11365, Csd-01-010788-D, Sps. Misael & Margarita Albano; on the 12-13 by Lot 14017, Csd-1-001734-D, Sps. Misael & Margarita Albano; on the SW., along line 13-1 by Lot 2 of the consolidation subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked '1' of Lot 1 on plan, being S. 80 deg. 45' E., 579.13 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-620-D, Bangar Cadastre, thence:

S. 21-57' W., 31.84 m. to point 3;

N. 75-56' W., 18.59 m. to point 4;

Containing an area of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE (3,569) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point 13 by Ps cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms. and the rest are cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms. bearing Grid: date of original Survey on December 18, 1978-February 12, 1979; date of consolidation subdivision plan August 3 and December 17, 2005 executed by Engr. Marshall G. Calica, Jr., and approved on March 28, 2006."

The Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education (RP-DepEd).
