RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR SAN JUAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY ILI SUR, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (RP-DepEd)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve as school site purposes for SAN JUAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education (RP-DepEd) a certain parcel of land of the public domain subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Ili Sur, Municipality of San Juan, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows: IEDaAc

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 202, Cad-739 situated in Barangay Ili Sur, Municipality of San Juan, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon).

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 203; along line 2-3 by 2265; on the W., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Brgy. Road (8.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 6-7-8-9-10-11-12 by ALLEY to SCHOOL; on the NE. & SE., along lines 12-13-14 by Lot 198; along line 14-1 by Lot 201.

Beginning at a point marked '1' of Lot 202 on plan, being S. 36 deg. 02' E., 395.95 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 739-D, San Juan Cadastre, thence;
