Reserving a Certain Parcel of Land in Tabuk, Kalinga for Barangay Multi-Purpose Center Site Purposes

PROCLAMATION NO. 1909

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE CENTER SITE PURPOSES, SITUATED AT BARANGAY CASIGAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition and reserve for Multi-purpose Center Site purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Casigayan, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows:

"Lot No. 1980-B-1, Csd-CAR-001570-D

A PARCEL OF LAND Lot No. 1980-B-1, Csd-CAR-001570-D (Port. Lot 1980-B, Csd-133213-000241-D) situated at Casigayan, Tabuk, Kalinga, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Road (15 m. wide); on the E., along line 2-3 by Lot 1979, Pls-93; on the S., along line 3-4 by Lot 1980-B-2, Csd-CAR 001570-D; and on the W., along line 4-1 by Lot 1980-B-2, Csd-CAR-001570-D.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan, being N. 02-03' E., 662.77 m. from BLLM No. 20, Pls-93, thence:

S. 81-22' E., 9.00 m. to point 2;

S. 08-37' W., 15.00 m. to point 3;

N. 81-22' W., 9.00 m. to point 4;

N. 08-37' E., 15.00 m. to point of beginning.

Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE (135) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearing true. aESHDA

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations on March 28, 2003 executed by Engr. James Lawagan and was approved on July 3, 2003."

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
