RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR SANCHEZ MIRA SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY SANTOR, MUNICIPALITY OF SANCHEZ MIRA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement a certain parcel of land of the public domain and reserve as school site purposes for Sanchez Mira School of Arts and Trades, under the administration of the Department of Education (DepEd), subject to private rights if any there be, situated in Barangay Santor, Municipality of Sanchez Mira, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (identified as Lot 1, Ccn-af-02-000009, a consolidation of Lots 4266, and 4268, Pls-746 and identical to Lot 12357, Pls-476 a surveyed for Sanchez Mira School of Arts and Trades, situated in Barangay Santor, Municipality of Sanchez Mira, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by lot 4261; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 4255; along line 3-4 by Lot 4256; along line 4-5 by Lot 4259; on the NE., along line 5-6 by National Road; on the SE., NE., along lines 6-7-8 by Lot 4269; along line 8-9 by Lot 4270; on the SE., along line 9-10 by Lot 4271; on the SW., SE., along lines 10-11-12; on the NE., 12-13 all by Lot 4267; along line 14-15 by Lot 4272; on the SW., NE., along line 15-16-1 by Lot 4265, all of Pls-746. cIHDaE

The consolidation — subdivision survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Proceso S. Canapi and was approved on September 30, 2003."

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other modes of disposition until again declared as alienable and disposable through proclamation. HTcADC
