Reserving a Parcel of Land of the Public Domain in Santa Ana, Cagayan for the Establishment of an Industrial Site

RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. ANA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL SITE TO HOUSE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEXES ONE OF WHICH IS THE KKK REGIONAL PROCESSING CENTER WHICH SHALL PROVIDE INDUSTRIAL SERVICED AREAS AND SERVICES, RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT AND STORAGE FACILITIES, COMMON SERVICE FACILITIES, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, AND SKILLS TRAINING FOR SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE SCALE ENTERPRISES

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for the purpose of establishing an industrial site in general and a regional processing center in particular and among others which shall provide manufacturing and processing facilities, raw material procurement and storage facilities, common-service facilities, research and development, skills training for small, medium and large scale enterprises, subject to prior existing rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Sta. Ana, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point left corner of Casambalangan Bridge towards the Municipality of Gonzaga —

Thence S 40º W about 700 meters to PC I

Thence due East about 620.0 meters to "PC-2"

Thence S 15º 0'E about 1,294.0 meters to "PC-3"

Thence N 69º 0' W about 2,300.0 meters to "PC-4"

Thence N 71º 0'E about 1,250.0 meters to "PC-1"

The Cagayan Integrated Agricultural Development Project (CIADP) shall be responsible for total development of the entire industrial site, while the Processing Center Authority shall undertake the necessary development activities of the complex specifically assigned to it in pursuance to this proclamation with the assistance of the ministry of natural resources, ministry of public works and highways and other agencies concerned.
