PROPOSED PROCLAMATION RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BANGAO, BUGUIAS, BENGUET, FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF SINIPSIP NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-BANGAO EXTENSION

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain for school site purposes of Sinipsip National High School-Bangao Extension, under the administration and supervision of the Department of Education (DepEd) situated in Barangay Bangao, Municipality of Buguias, Province of Benguet, Island Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of forest land is more particularly described as follows: IcDCaS

"A PARCEL OF LAND (SWO-CAR-000718), situated in Barangay Bangao, Municipality of Buguias, Province of Benguet, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N.E., along lines 1-2-3-4 by the Property of Camp Major Dennis Molintas; on the E., on corner 4 by Roman Catholic Church; on the S.E., along line 4-5-6 by Jay Ford Jim Balucas; on the S., along lines 6-7-8-9 by Rodolfo Ganasi; on the W., along lines 9-10-11 by a creek (3-4m. wide); on the N., along lines 11-12-13-1 by Barangay Government of Bangao. Beginning at a point marked '1' on the plan, being S. 39 deg., 48 E., 501.42 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 8, PRS 92, Cad 1029-D, Mankayan Cadastre, thence:

S. 61-48' E., 35.15 m. to point 2;

S. 77-53' E., 31.03 m. to point 3;

S. 30-48' E., 55.49 m. to point 4;

S. 71-59' W., 25.49 m. to point 5;

S. 36-05' W., 45.40 m. to point 6;

N. 40-29' W., 05.65 m. to point 7;

S. 47-02' W., 118.61 m. to point 8;

S. 46-53' W., 03.01 m. to point 9;

N. 37-40' W., 102.36 m. to point 10;

N. 17-30' E., 76.54 m. to point 11;

S. 59-46' E., 03.08 m. to point 12;

S. 59-47' E., 62.52 m. to point 13;

N. 26-44' E., 81.68 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SIX (19,496) more or less. All points referred to area indicated on plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 8 by 'X' marked on rock; all the rest by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearing Grid. Date of survey on December 1-2, 2005, executed by Engr. Arthur V. Belnas and was approved on April 5, 2006."
