RESERVING FOR A PLAYGROUND AND SCHOOL SITES PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARRIO BULIGAY, MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for playground and school sites purposes under the administrator of the Director of Elementary Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Buligay, Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, more particularly described as follows: cdt

A parcel of land (as shown in the consolidation plan Ccn-04-000034, being the consolidation of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 106, 107, 108 and 152, Ts-1027, Buligay Townsite, L.R.C. Cad. Record No. situated in the Barrio Buligay, Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by Lot 247, Pls-96, Brooke's Point Public Land Subdivision; on the SE., along lines 5-6-7-8 by Road (2.00 m. wide); on the SW., along lines 8-9-10-11 by Foreshore Land of Sulu Sea; and on the NW., along lines 11-12-13-1 by Road 2.00 m. wide).
