RESERVING AS SITE FOR WASTE AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL AREA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PALAWAN, A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MAASIN, MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve as site for waste and garbage disposal area of the Municipality of Brooke's Point, Palawan, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Maasin, Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: TaDSCA

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 6057, CAD-796-D), situated in Barangay Maasin, Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan. Bounded on the NE., and NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot No. 6058, Cad-796-D, Brooke's Point Cadastre; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Road; on the SW., SE., NW., along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21 by Calabagang River; and on the NW., along line 21-1 by National Road. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 43 deg., 31'E., 18,446.14 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-796-D, Brooke's Point Cadastre, thence:
