PROPOSED PROCLAMATION RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN CLAVERIA, MISAMIS ORIENTAL FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MISAMIS ORIENTAL STATE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY (MOSCAT) AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF MOSCAT

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology (MOSCAT) and granting ownership thereof in favor of MOSCAT, subject to final ground survey and private rights, is any there be, situated in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows: CHDAEc
