RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATI, DAVAO ORIENTAL, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF, ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES

Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E, MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff, AFP certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be and more particularly described as follows:
