RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BAGGAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL DABBAC GRANDE ANNEX A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY DABBAC GRANDE, MUNICIPALITY OF BAGGAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for school site purposes of Baggao National Agricultural School Dabbac Grande Annex a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Dabbac Grande, Baggao, Cagayan, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 3197, PLS-414-DDabbac Grande, Baggao, Cagayan

A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Lot No. 3197, Pls-414-D as surveyed for Baggao National Agricultural School Dabbac Grande Annex, situated in Barangay Dabbac Grande, Municipality of Baggao, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the S.W., along lines 1-2 by lot 3193; 2-3 by lot 3192 and 3-4 by lot 3191; on the N.W. along line 4-5 by lot 3190; on the N.E., along lines 5-6-7-8-9-10 by Road; on the S.E., along lines 10-11-12 by lot 3196; and on the S.W., along line 12-1 by lot 3194, all of Pls-414-D. Beginning at point marked "1" of the plan being S. 45 deg. 54'E., 2437.78 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-414-D, thence:

N. 53-14'W., 27.51 m. to point 2;

N. 54-21'W., 27.69 m. to point 3;

N. 54-51'W., 27.95 m. to point 4;

N. 40-43'E., 102.03 m. to point 5;

S. 41-20'E 33.32 m. to point 6;

S. 47-09'E., 20.60 m. to point 7;

S. 53-34'E., 28.00 m. to point 8;

S. 57-35'E., 65.31 m. to point 9;

S. 56-35'E., 43.36 m. to point 10;

S. 40-30'W., 97.53 m. to point 11;

N. 54-26'W., 9.70 m. to point 12;

N. 54-03'W., 97.35 m. to point of beginning. ICHcaD

containing an area of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (17,952) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points are marked on the ground as follows by P.S. cyl. Conc. Mons 15 x 40 cms. in diameter. Bearing true. And that the survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer R.S. Pangilinan on January 15-December 31, 1956 and was approved on June 30, 1958.

The area covered by this proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision, and control of the Department of Education.

The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provisions of Section Eighty-eight shall remain non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of this Act or by proclamation of the Philippines.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education.
