RESERVING PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS SITE FOR THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT BUILDING OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TUBA, BENGUET, SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF TUBA, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve parcels of land of the public domain as site for the Municipal Government Building of Tuba, Benguet, situated in Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion particularly described as follows: CcaASE

The area covered by the proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision, and control of the Local Government Unit of Tuba, Benguet.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition through proclamation.
