RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CURRIMAO, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A KKK REGIONAL PROCESSING CENTER WHICH SHALL PROVIDE INDUSTRIAL SITES AND SERVICES, RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT AND STORAGE FACILITIES, COMMON-SERVICE FACILITIES, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, AND SKILLS TRAINING FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM SCALE ENTERPRISES AND MANAGED BY THE KKK PROCESSING CENTER AUTHORITY

Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for the purpose of establishing a Regional Processing Center which shall provide industrial sites and services, raw material procurement and storage facilities, common-service facilities, research and development, and skills training for small and medium scale enterprises, subject to prior existing rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Currimao, Province of Ilocos Norte, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows:
